Better Hearing Center
is dedicated to improving the quality of life through comprehensive hearing rehabilitation. We use precise testing equipment in a calibrated sound booth to accurately measure hearing loss. We spend quality time with you to identify specific difficult listening environments that are a priority to you and to determine the appropriate technology of hearing instruments that will give you ease of listening, reach your speech understanding potential, and meet our goal of Better Hearing.
Ken Norton, MS, FAAA Clinical Audiologist 
Mr. Norton received his Master's Degree in Audiology from California State University, Sacramento and has trained at the V.A. Hospital, Martinez and Children's Hospital, Oakland.
Mr. Norton is a state licensed audiologist and hearing aid dispenser. He performs diagnostic audiology testing. Mr. Norton is a specialist in programming digital hearing aids and has
published his research findings of overall patient acceptance in a trade journal. Through many hours of continuing education yearly, Mr. Norton brings his experience back to the center.
Also, Mr. Norton provides educational presentations on hearing loss to many groups in the community. Fellow American Academy of Audiology Debbie Flores, HISHearing Instrument Specialist 
Mrs. Flores has had many years of experience working with the hearing impaired as a Hearing
Instrument Specialist since being licensed by the state in 1987. She performs hearing tests to determine the need for amplification and counsels regarding all available styles and
technologies of hearing aids. Mrs. Flores attends many training and continuing education programs each year to maximize her effectiveness and provide excellence in service at the
center. Mrs. Flores is an expert programmer of digital hearing instruments and specializes in difficult to fit hearing losses. Member Hearing Healthcare Providers
